Hey!
Whats up people!
Proud owner of a 96 Honda Accord DX sedan, here. Its that tan/gray color, like all of them are it seems. It was originally my dad's car, and he drove it 2000 miles to give it to me.
Its pushing 160,000 miles now..been through some tough times. Has been impounded (and nearly sold-off), stolen, broken into twice. I finally got a car alarm for it to take care of the theft issue, since all older Hondas are targets for car theives, especially in the Seattle area (watch your Honda in the Puget Sound!!)
Anyway, I love my honda, and I plan on driving it until it crumbles, or when fixing it would be subtantially more expensive than its current blue-book price (in which case I would get another honda of course). I don't know a lot about cars, but I am willing to learn and give it the ole college try, so I'm going to be hanging out here and learning, as well as asking a few questions maybe. I also want to eventually get a stereo (the first one was stolen), and I want to do it myself perhaps, so hopefully someone here knows a little about stereos.
Peace!

RE: Hey!
Welcome.
If you desire an aftermarket deck, companies such as Crutchfield will send an installation kit complete with everything necessary to install. They also provide good directions. I installed one myself when I was 16 years old in a few hours. I had no prior electrical knowlege either.
