Default Hey everybody

So I guess I'll go ahead and introduce myself before I post about allmy problems...

I'm Brett, and I recently picked up a 90 Accord LX for a little under 2K. It's an automatic (I know, automatic), but it's more of a family car, so... It's the tan/champagne color, 4 door sedan, barely over 144K on the clock. Super clean interior, and alright exterior. The hub caps are showing a little wear, but nothing super bad. The PO installed some 'BOSS' brand CD player radio, which happens to be the biggest piece ever. I recently re-installed it and that cleared up a few problems... Thats pretty much it. So now, pictures [sm=burnout.gif]

Umm... I'm looking around for a stock CD player to re-install. Other than that, the only plan is to keep it running. Allmy plans are directed for the rx7 [sm=smiley2.gif]

Welcome!
What are you planning for the RX7? I know this is an Accord forum, but you can still talk about your other cars in here. One member has been blasphemous and bought 2 Nissan 240 SX's and he even had the audacity to list an Eclipse he fixed up for sale on here! haha!
I demand pics of the RX7 and what your plans for it are!

Wow, that's a shocker. The RX-7's an 87, so dont get your hopes up. I just installed newer tails today, washed it, and took some pictures. Enjoy

I've only recently began to have extra cash, so I haven't done much to it. I just got new Falken Ziex 912's put on. 205/50/15's. Yes 15's... oh well. Those tail lights cost about 200, so that took most of my extra cash.I've pieced the interior back together over the passed year or so, and I've got a better transmission I'm waiting to put in. I want to buy a new clutch disc first, since the clutch kit I had installed a little over a year ago was cheap and the disc slips sometimes. That's pretty much it...

cute...? Cute...? CUTE...? lol, thanks :-)

I just bought an aluminum turbo2 hood that I put on it...
anyways, I feel like I'm intruding. Back to the honda-

You guys know how aloom of wiresruns from the chassis into the trunk lid on 4G Accords? And how the wires inside that loom all rub together, causing the insulation to wear down making some wires connect?

Well our's is doing that. I was wondering, what should I use to 're-insulate' those wires. I plan on removing the loom cover thing sometime in the next few days and doing that. And I wasn't thinking electrical tape would cut it...

Thanks guys!
