Hey, guys! I'm a new member
My name is Gosha. I live in philly suburbs. Two weeks ago, I bought Accord coupe 2005 EX-L black, manual, 4-cyl. And I love this car. It has a lot of miles on it, 182,000, but it's still in a good shape. However, currently I gotta do a lot of maintenance. In past two weeks, I got done oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, and replacement of bearing on one wheel with help of dealership. Plus, I changed myself airfilter, air cabin filter and replaced sparkplugs with new iridium NGKs. Also, I bought a pair of new headlights because the water gets inside of one headlight. I plan to install them myself in a near future. Also, I definitely plan to change a transmission fluid and replace o2 sensor. I'll take any recommendations on what else should I change on this accord considering its high mileage?
My previous car was 97 civic, 4door automatic, and I still have it.
I love hondas!

Nice to have you here at HAF
That 2nd pic is interesting, look at how much larger the Accords have gotten.
Very full sized.
Looks like you got a good start on the maintenance items.
Make sure you drain and fill your trans fluid as well.

I was thinking the same thing. My car is dwarfed by the newer hondas. Im interested to see how much more roomy they are. My front seats are very comfortable but anyone that has to sit in the back is pretty much screwed.
Oooh I love your car!
I have 167,000 on mine and I had to replace brakes, new air compressor for my a.c. and yesterday I had my actuator replaced because my car wouldn't lock! Hope this helps. Congrats she's a beauty

Absolutely beautiful car, Gosha. I have an 03 Accord coupe V6 (152k miles) and its the best car I've ever owned. At 182000, your car is just getting broken in...
If you haven't done this already, since you bought the car used, if you have found a mechanic or dealership you trust, take it for an oil change when you're due and ask them to go through the car and find anything wrong, or anything that might fail. Have it in a list, and anything safety related (like your wheel bearing) get done first. This will help you get a baseline of the cars condition. You might also ask them if they see any evidence of an accident. After that, just follow the maintenance schedule and keep an eye on things (I.e., if a part makes noises or indicates failure, fix it before it breaks completely) and you should get many years out of this car.
Good luck with it!
