Hey guys my ride is a 94 Honda Accord Exi

I was wondering should I do it up or leave it cuase its done 314000 k's on it
I mean u know Accords r a good car do think i should just by a good one for 10 grand and put 5 grand into it

With that many miles on it I would leave it alone until it dies.

yeah for a 94 it has alot of miles...for about 10 g's you could get a very decent car...just leave it like millpond said and let it die..and welcome to the forum!!!
