Hey,

I just picked up a 2013 Accord Touring 4-cylinder this past week and I'm looking for some advice. I purchased it straight from the dealership and had them install a rear lid spoiler. I was supposed to pick it up on Wed and was called that day and told it wasn't going to be ready until thursday because the wrong part came in for the spoiler and that they'd have to order a new one. Thursday came along and they called me again saying the spoiler was defective and I'd have to wait another day for replacement. After it was all done, I picked it up on friday and everything looked good at the time. After bringing the car home and checking it out the next day in the sunlight, I noticed a small small chip in the paint on the trunk along the edge of the spoiler. I also noticed another spot on the trunk along the spoiler where some touch up paint was applied and kind of buffed out and some spots along the spoiler that were a bit scuffed up.

Now I don't mean to be overly picky or anything but shouldn't I go back to the dealership and ask them to fix it or do something about it? My experience with them purchasing the accord wasn't the greatest so I'm already not really happy. The paint chip and small scratches are obvious they happened while they were installing the spoiler, which I don't find was really installed nicely.

Any advice on what I should do?

Welcome New Member..Call Honda Customer Care and make a complaint, then get there help to have your dealership fix the problem they made for you.
