Default Hi..

Noob here as well. Hi all... about 2 months ago I bought one of the last new 2007 4-cyl Silver EX-L's with Navi in my area (sedan). Couldn't pass up the $5000 discount and 0.9% financing for 72 months. Prior to that, had a V6 2003 EX-L (sedan), who's effortless acceleration I do miss.

Welcome!

When you miss the V-6, think about the mid-30s MPG on the highway...

So your sig says 2008? Your post says 2007?

Sorry, 2007. Was probably day dreaming of an 08 EX-L Coupe when writing that sig.

You are right, the 30mpg was the selling point. Less power was to be expected I guess but I wish the engines sounded somewhat the same. Amazing how different they sound, drive and feel.

Ehhh...but think of it this way. You just landed upon Honda's greatest 4 banger since the H series.

I hear ya. Prior to the 03 Accord, I had a 2001 Integra and a 1996 Integra. That 4 cylinder engine was great too. However, it was probably the manual transmission and stock shifter that made it better. This is the 1st time I have ever driven a 4 cylinder automatic.
