Greetings. I just wanted to introduce myself as I just purchased a 2010 Taffeta White Accord LX last night. It only has 3330 miles on it, so I'm hopeful it will last me quite a while. My wife has an '01 Accord Coupe 6 cylinder, and my college daughter has an '03 Accord Coupe 4 cylinder. We've had other Accords and Civics in the past as well. I guess you could say that we're a Honda-loving family. I've attached a few pics from the dealership. I can't figure out how to remove the dealer name from one of the pics so I hope I'm not violating any rules there.

Couldn't be happier, though I must admit that I really miss the '01 BMW 330 Ci convertible that I traded in to get the Accord. The BMW had 203,000 miles on it so maintenance was just becoming a real bear.

Anyway, I look forward to getting to talk to everyone and learning about my new-to-me Accord. Is there anything I should be looking out for? Also, I've always used synthetic motor oil in my vehicles. Is that necessary/recommended for the Accord? I don't really plan on modding her, though I would like to get new wheels when it's time to get new tires.

Congratulations on the new car! I think your family has had as many Hondas as mine has Toyotas. The Accord that I just bought it the family's first.
