the best way to fix that rust is to cut it all out and replace with new sheet metal. i had the same prob. on my 90 accord and i ordered patch panels from a near by parts supplier. it was only like $40 a side. they cover from the back bottom of the door all the way around to the back side of the wheel well. but remember when your welding them on to tack them on with your tacks about 3-4 inches apart. go from one side to the other and then repeat from the start again, otherwise you will warp the panel and it will look like crap. ill check back if you or anyone else has more ?s
