Hi from Ireland

Hi,

I just picked up a '99 Accord S V-tech, european spec, everything is cool, but the climate control is a bit tempermental, it doesn't blow out much, even on 4, what can be the problem? I was told it might be leaf debris? any tips?

How does your cabin-air filter look? Maybe that's filled with dirt & obstructing the flow...

(I'm assuming it's similar to the USA Accord, which isnot the samecar...)
