agreed...you're going to need to provide more than the cover of the haynes manual if you want something useful.

 

Sorry, here are the picture to my problem. At the moment it is giving a high rev. I cannot tune it to below 1000rpm. It just hover around 1100rpm, and sometimes 1300rpm. This pic show where it is coming from.

 

This picture show the other end, but I could not find any place nearby for me to hook up to.
