Whats going on. I've been looking for a good forum for a while now and been eyeing this one for a while, it seems pretty good. Im a huge car dude, and im really looking forward to hearing all your opinions and get some knowledge while I have this car. Im a young guy, and this was the first car I have purchased completely with my own money. Its a 99 EX coupe and shes got everything. The V6, leather, sunroof, everything, i couldnt ask for more but if i could i'd wish it was a stick! I have had her for almost 2 years now, and I think shes awesome, but I plan on doing a few tastful mods. The guy I bought it from had it painted Maldives Blue, its that weird color BMW put on the Z4s when they reintro'd the car. I wasnt crazy about it at all at first, but it started to grow on me and once I put on the rims, it really looked good. Shes on 19" Roja 5-spokes (actually need new tires so you'll see me in that section soon!), alloys with black windows, and I went with a 19 because it really gave the car the stance I was looking for. All the badges are gone the only obvious givewaway is the grill which will be gone soon. I'll be tinting the windows and I want to put some smoked headlights on her (not the angel eyes), as well as a black mesh grill to give the front end a meaner look thats also cleaner then the stock finish. Other than that, a nice cold air intake and an exhaust, just to help my baby breathe better, and maybe a little extra power. Also give it a nice sound. Im not looking to do any cheesy racy mods to make her something I think shes not. To me, shes an affordable sport-luxury coupe, and mods I make will likely expand on those characteristics. Im really looking forward for everybody input. Thanks.
