Default Just getting back

Not a new member but been a while since I posted anything, last time I was here I needed some info on a h23a1 swap on a 94 cd5 chassis. Swap went great unfortunately blew oil pump & spun the mains. Soo here I go again. This time going for a shaved Bay & full wire tuck. It's alot of work. Doing it myself. Anybody had any good input or help it would be greatly appreciated. I will be posting ALOT of pics.
1st image is my f22b2 before the swap
2nd image is my h23a1 with partial wire tuck.

I'm installing a 93 h22a blacktop (closed deck). Found one about a week ago for 500 with just over 100k. Been looking for an obd1 closed deck h22a since I f@#×ed up my h23a1 a few years ago. Lol.

Good choice. Makes sure to replace the timing belt and such before you install.

Also from personal experience, I would check the oil pump too.

Lol. Yeah def won't make that mistake again. Planning on rebuilding the engine using an h23 crank & rods, type s pistons & cams & a balance belt delete (not to sure about it though, are there any advantages to doing it?)

removing the balance shafts frees up a little hp. But will make the engine vibrate a little bit more.

If its just a fun weekend car that you plan on tracking and such I'll do it. If its your daily driver then I wouldn't.

It's my summer car. I don't race it. Just wanna have a motor with enough hp/torque to drag around all the extra weight of my sound system. So I guess balance delete is out. Just out of curiosity where would be good place to start thread on my build. Got lots of pics I would like to post & maybe get some feedback from HAF community?

Go for "engine & internal" as a place to start.
