Default just saying "hey"

i feel i am an accord enthusiast after buying my first accord a couple years ago. I paid 3100 for it. I put 25K miles on it in less than a year with only putting a radiator and an drivers cv shaft in it. ikept it well maintained, and in return it was very good to me. i sold it about a year later with 191K miles and a now cracked windshield for 3000....not a bad deal at all.

I now own a 92 accord i picked up with 147K miles. I wanted something with less miles and with a manual transmission and this was it. i got it for 1500 with a brand new clutch, cylinder, etc., new radiator, and new exhaust. it has been great to me. i recently found out that will i was letting my mom use it (while at school) that a deer ran straight into the side of her as she was driving 45. The deer died instantly, but my car got a little beat up too. broke the mirror off, spidered the windshield, and dented the whole side all the way down leaving behind a ton of hair. Its very sad to come home and see this, because i dont have full coverage insurance and the deers insurance wouldnt pay for it. i just have to bite the cost.

Anyway...i like everything about this site and have plans on using it as a resource often in the future.

you could always use some muscle on the departed deers family. You'd be amazed what kind of money people/animals can come up with when there aremen with batsin their living room.

Sorry to hear about the damage, and welcome

Welcome to the site. Sorry to hear about the deer. "(T)he deers insurance wouldnt pay for it." That's a good one.
