I just bought a 2006 Accord LX Coupe and it came with a keyless entry device (part of the key). The finance manager in the dealers wanted $495 for the security system and I thought it was too expensive and declined the offer. How much do you pay?

 

A Honda mechanic quoted me $300 for doing it in his own time. Wondering if it is worth it since theives can bypass the alarm system so easily these days. Also when alarm sounds, nobody seems to care any more. Nobody would call the police when that happens. I would like to hear your opinion.

 

My suggestion here would be to use none and get yourself the most AWESOME security program money can buy...PowerLock...been securing my rides with these units for about a year now.
