I have a single bulb and assembly. How do I remove the assembly? It definitely is not via the trunk and I just want to make sure I do not break the assembly. There are no screws and all online tutorials show a two bulb setup. Thanks!

 

I thought you get to the light at the license plate. You pop off the cover like you would for the interior light. Be careful not to mess the tabs up.

 

Bingo! That was it. Just did not want to break it. Easy. Much appreciated, saved me $25
