Hey guys,

Seems like a nice solid community on these forums . I'm looking into getting my first car and a local private dealer near me has a black on black EX-L accord Coupe for a great price.

Are there any major problems with an automatic accord coupe?
Is the Accord a reliable car (Yes i know, everyone says so, but some disagree)?
Does the V6 compete with other sport coupes?
Would you recommend the 07 Accord Coupe Ex-L in automatic as a reliable first car?

Basically i'm looking to a get a sexy coupe which doesnt have to be a speed demon, but i would like to feel some power when i need it...

is this the car for me?

2. yes...not as solid as the japanese ones built 10 years ago, but still very reliable.
3. for the most part...what price range though? 335i? no. solara? most defintely yes.

5. only you can decide.
6. you might get teabagged at some point, but we dont flame people on here.

 

Go for it. If it's possible, go for the 6speed. I heard it's fast and it looks nice and sounds nice. If not auto all the way. Either one is fine.
