So I bought a 95 Honda about 4 months ago everything has already been done to it as of now. Have big plans in the future but just not the money to do it at this time. Wanting to do a color scheme of black and red. But keep my hood the silver rust to break up the black on the outside and do some red on interio . Not too much tho. On the wheels wanting to really just keep my wheels just get the redone somehow to get chrome back but the inside red. Plan on swapping the motor to a b series and boosting it. Looking for just opinions on it or maybe what you guys think about some cosmetic stuff for it Really wanting to keep the wheels just get them redone. But i am missing one center cap and cant find any wheels by cnt that are like these so i cant get a replacement cap.

Welcome to the site and forums. Nice looking car. I'd try and polish the rims first. At this time, it would only cost you time. Have you tried looking on e-bay for the center cap?
Yeah I have looked all over ebay and just google in general. What would need to be used for polishing the wheels
I've used Mother's with good results. I've got a regulated down die grinder with a soft wheel (bought at Ace Hardware), that I use to get the industrial layer off, (you could use a cordless or corded drill (high speed) to do the same thing). Then I use it it with a small section of terry cloth to really rub it in, then hand buff it out. Don't be surprised if you turn the white cloth black, as those rims haven't been clean in a while. It's a multi step process, but like I said, it only costs time.
While at Ace getting a small buffing wheel/pad, you could also get a small bar of rouge to help get the industrial layer off too. Then come back with the Mother's. I did that once on a set of rims that were really bad, and made them look really good. Note: the more you polish them, the better they look. This is IF they aren't powder coated (like Honda Performance rims). On yours, it looks like only the centers are powder coated. I did that years ago on the Konigs I bought off Craigslist that are on my 99 Accord Sedan.
