hello to everyone. I have recently sold my 2000 Camaro ss and I am now in love with the 7th gen accord v6 so i am in the market to buy. what i am needing advice on is prices. I found a silver 2005 accord coupe v6 6speed and its super clean one owner from florida with great carfax. has everything but navi. my question is do you all think I should give $7500 cash for it with it having 156,912 miles on it? also its bone stock never modded. just has tint and rain visors lmk Im wanting to buy something asap. thanks

Welcome to HAF!

When buying a used car, pay for an inspection. This will usually reveal faults that will require addressing and provide leverage to negotiate resolution of those faults.

I would not be afraid of a high mileage Accord,...if it checks good from a detailed inspection. Overlooking just a few faults can change your deal from good to bad; brakes, tires, hidden body damage, engine problems, trans problems, etc.

good luck

Hello New Member and Welcome to the HAF..

As TexasHonda has said..do it..that's the best way to buy a car after you have had it completely checked out.

Then when you see what's wrong with it and you see how much more money you may have to pay out to get it right..then make your decision to get the car or not..

Cool !

For pic's, a few ways to do it. I use the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom and then there is another button - Manage Attachments (?). Then find them on you computer and attach.....as long as they are not too large.

Can wait to see the new ride.

....Nice

And as TX said, 156k on these is nothing. Just keep up with maint items (timing belt when do - should have been done once already as they should be changed every ~100K, fluids - engine and trans, ect) and you should be good to go.
