Default new here with a few questions.

Wassup guys. New here from Connecticut and go to school in Rochester, NY (R.I.T.). I currently have an 04 s4 which i love, i modded the $hit outta that. I also have a 02 Accord "power nothing" roll up windows, manuel locks. Still an awesome car though. Its just a winter beater so i never planned on hooking it up. That lasted for about 1 week. lol. It all started with a question from my girl "how can you have a honda and not hook it up". she said that to me last week. Now the Accord has, lol:

front power doors
35% tint all around
alarm
remote start
sirius radio
rubber undercoat (to protect from rusting)

and tomorrow (1/18/07) im getting a system installed:

single din headunit
2 10" subs
1 1200W (2 channel) amp for subs & 1 600w (4 channel) amp for speakers
4 new speakers
10 function equalizer ??? (i think thats what its called, its external)

I do have a few questions for you guys. I realized that the passenger side rear speaker is getting hit my a bar. I think it is a trunk spring, what can i do to prevent this. I test fitted the new speakers they are MUCH deeper than OEM ones and i can even bolt them down. What can i do? also where can i buy OEM alloys for cheap. I hate my hubcap rims, and i dont want to put aftermarket rims on the car. Oh, and what is the wheel bolt pattern for an 02' accord is it 4 X 100 or something else.

thanx.

here are some pics of my S4.

Default RE: new here with a few questions.

I most definatly appreciate my parents, but they do not support my hobbies. Instead of spoiling me they taught me how to make my own money. Education is very important to me. You can never be too sucessful and I go to school for free. LOL. Every summer I hussle in real estate, yeah the money is awesome but its ALOT of hard work. I can't do that all my life. That's where college
comes into play. I major in finance and double minor in accounting and economics. Hopefully I can find a career in a financial firm and sell/flip houses on the side. That's why I go to school.

Phew, can anyone please answer my questions?

Thx. Again

Did you install the speakers from the top of the rear deck? That is where they are supposed to be and this will give about 3/8" more clearance than mounting from below, just a much bigger PITA. On my ex's car, I installed a set of Polk 6x9's below the deck with no problems.

Look on tirerack.com for the bolt pattern. I believe that you are correct.

For the wheels, you should post a WTB thread since there are definately people here that have OEM rims from their cars that now have aftermarkets.
