Default New to the honda world

Hey guys i bought my first honda a few days ago, its an 89 accord with a 5 speed. just need to get the clutch to disengage and im set. Right now my cummins is my daily driver which i don't mind other than the crappy mileage i'v been getting. Anything i should know off the bat about honda's?

Welcome to HAF.

Nice another 3rd gen owner (86-89)....yes I kind of like the 3rd gen's. What trim level is yours (DX = manual windows and carb, LX = power windows and carb, LXi = power window and FI)? Also how many doors - 2, 3 or 4.

Once you get the clutch sorted out.

Be sure to give it a good tune up, checking the timing. I've had a 86 DX 4dr 5 speed, 87 LX (still carb'd) 4dr 5 speed....both had decent power.....the manual helps. Th 89 LX auto, well not much to say there
