Hi there. Ive Just bought a 1996 Accord EX 5 speed (Yestaurday) its my second car and my first Honda. I know im going to catch some flak for this but im an EX-Mazda owner/driver. Now im so far extremely happy with the Accord and it drives nicer then the Mazda but i must say its seriously lacking in the power department. (The mazda routinely spanked Civics) Of course the Mazda was an MX-3 with a JDM 2.5L V6 swap. However i have had nothing but problems with that Mazda crap..... So ive moved up in life and moved on to a Honda.

Now i dont need all the power the Mazda gave me so all i plan on doing to the Accord performance wise is an intake and full headers/exhaust.

Now apperance add ons is another story. Stay tuned for the updates to it.

Also just a suggestion on an extra forum section, the mazda forum had it and i liked the idea. A "worklog" section lets everyone have 1 thread open for their car and they can constantly add updates and pictures etc and all the other members can read/watch the progress of their cars.


go to forums and find the section titled Worklogs. Just an idea.

Im glad to be here hope ill enjoy this Honda more then my Mazda.
