Hello to all fello honda owners!... i have had 3 honda in my life time, an older late model 70's pumpkin orange civic stick.. my first, man it took some time getting use to, my second back in 98, a 1992 accord 4 dr, lx auto she has 310,000 miles and runs a bit ruough when accelerating but still runs, have done all maint myself and always tune up, change water pump/timing belt around 90,000. and finally, but not my last is my baby a 2000 accord 2 dr coupe EX all black leather sunroof. 112,000 second owner on all of these. my lates but not by far last question is this for my 2000 accord.... i just changed a dash light that went out and after re-installing the dash cluster, the D4 light has went out. she drives beautifully and no other problems, well except for the brake light every now and then.it goes out after warming up. but what caused my D4 light to go out? anybody help me with this one? I have pulled the dash cluster out and looked but there seems to be a lot more to take apart just to get into the inside behind the gauges.. any help is greatly appriciated, my personal email is edge289@yahoo.com

 

also on my 1992 accord, it drives ok for 300,000 miles but after accelerating up to around 30-40 MPH, it wants to ...get hesitant and sputter a bit, kinda slacks when starting to take off some times and cuts out a little when turning the corners too. i have always done the tune up, wires plugs etc regular maint. on her and she is ok for that part. i have replaced the fuel pump one time and thats when she cuts out turning corners. but most recently she hesitates while accelerating past 30-40 MPH. my daughter drives her now, and I havent driven her in quite some time. been a learners car for a few years.lol they don't even get to touch my 2000, shes all mine! anyways, any ideas or help on these 2 issues would be great help, and much appriciated, thanks and all have a blast as I will be back for some improvements/mods to my latest and answers/advice is, are always welcome.....
