Need a place to find help with my car. I have a 6th gen. accord coupe 3.0 v6 with an AEM shortram dryflow intake but i am looking to mod my car so any and all suggestions and help would be appreciated.

Plans for my ride:

Dual Catback Exhaust
Man. tranny swap
Modify my intake to a cold air
ECU programming
MINOR BODY WORK
Rims
Performance tires

if anyone could point me in the right directions with anything just let me know

Sounds like you have some good plans in mind. If i were you i would save up the money and do the 5 speed swap before you spend any money in mods. The 5 speed swap will cost the most out of any of the mods you listed, but it will be the best one. Lets see some pics of your ride to see what your starting with

You cannot swap a 5 speed into your car. Your only option is a 6 speed from an Acura CL/TL. That swap alone will cost in excess of $6,000.00 - definitely not worth it in my opinion. You could saveup $6k, sell your car, then buy a 7th gen V6 6spd.
Cold air intake will not make much difference over the SRI you already have. i would keep the SRI if I were you.
falkore24 probably knows the most about bolt on mods to a 2000 V6. You should look up his profile and check out his old car (his trans died recently and he got rid of it.)
