We are a Michigan based performance and accessory shop called Tru Power Motorsports. We are interested in becoming a vedor here but also making a few friends and gaining some knowledge.

Weren't you guys here a few months ago? Welcome back though And where in Michigan are you from? I used to live in Benton Harbor about 12 or 13 years ago Talk about one of the most scary and junky cities....

 

Welcome, I really like your slogan. If you put that in your banner then I'm sure you have an advantage over a lot of others out there.

19Acord97, I used to livve right next to you in St Joseph, MI and used to work for Zenith Data Systems as a tech

 

We are out of the Muskegon area. Our slogan is Tru. We hear what our customers say unlike other companies we like to bring that down home feel. We are not just here for a pay check, we do this because its what we love. We are enthuiasts(sp?) also not just some college nerd grad with a degree in automotive sitting in front of a computer in a suit. anyways thanks for the welcome.

YeuEmMaiMai, Thats crazy! I was about four then but my dad ALSO worked there!!!! When did you work there? I thought that place closed and I think thats why we moved.

 

He just told me that after they split up he went to the Heath division and was a QA Tech. Thatd be awesome if you 2 knew each other though!

 

yeah it was kinda suck for all of us there.... As I remember it, Zenith Data Systems made a deal with NEC and Packard Bell to join together. Since Zenith did not have the cash on hand, Zenith was given to Packard Bell.. exactly 68 days later most of us did not have a job.......the severace package was 1 week for every year of service with a 2 week min. the max was 11 weeks as I recall.....

I moved to Minnesota after that and have been here ever since......
