I bought an 03 Accord Lx 4 dr yesterday, biggest problems currently are that all the FOBS don't work(I've tried linking them but no luck), the driver side lock button doesn't work, but the passenger side does, and auto roll down/up rarely works, I've disassembled the driver side control unit that houses the doorlock and window controls, but didn't see any obvious issues/damage.

I've also tried resetting the battery, and looking for blown fuses but I haven't found any, but I may have missed a fuse considering I don't know which ones to check.
I'm looking to go to a scrapyard tomorrow and get some parts, however I don't want to get a part that ends up changing nothing.

For anyone having this issue, It was the master control unit, on the driver side door (the switch that has all of the windows and lock buttons on it). And if you're having issues with your key fob, and you've already tried the pairing sequence, (turn engine off, turn key to on, wait one second and then press the lock button on the key, repeat 5x until you hear the door locks cycle), then the issue is a little removable unit on the back of the master control unit near the top, it has a little screw that you can remove, and you'd gently pry it off with a screw driver, that part is what deals with the wireless function of the key fob. Regardless the solution for me was to go to a U-pull yard and get the switch from a different car, keep in mind that there's two types of switches, one for the 03-05 model, and another for the 06-07, so just try to match with your car and everything should work perfectly.
