I got a modified exhaust ticket and got to get my car inspected... I have a 2001 Honda Accord ULEV V-Tec 2.3L Engine. I have DC-Sports Header. Will I pass the inspection?

 

If it has a CARB sticker you will.

DC Sports should have a C.A.R.B. metal plate on it and is 100% legal. The cop obviously doesn't know what he's doing.
