Default Stage 2 clutch pressure plate throw out bearing in my 07 Honda Accord

I just installed a stage 2 clutch pressure plate and throwout bearing and new flywheel on my 07 Honda Accord. When I reassembled everything and got the car now off of jack stands. I bleed the clutch system. I drain the old gear oil out and replaced it with new gear oil. Then I started my car let it warm up and went to go put in first and all I did was making grinding noise. So then I tried second third fourth and fifth and it would not go into any gear. I shut my car off and put it in reverse started it and I couldn't get it out of reverse. I had it shut my car off get behind it and rock it to get it out of reverse what would be the problem with a brand new clutch pressure plate throw out bearing and flywheel

Sounds like the clutch is not disengaging. Have someone pump the clutch pedal while you watch the throw-out lever & slave cylinder. Does the lever move about 10mm or so? If not, try bleeding it some more because there could still be air in the system.

Otherwise, I've seen threads where the re-assembly was done wrong. Can you rule that out?
- Throw-out lever has that funny wire-spring that holds it onto the ball inside the bellhousing. Got that engaged properly?
- Clutch disk hub sticks out further on one side or the other. Got that in correctly?

Default Could a pilot bushing keep it from going into gear if it got wedged in an angle

somehow in the process of installing my transmission my pilot bushing got in a bind and wasted and got damaged. And was sitting in the flywheel at an angle. When I drop my transmission today and set it on the suffering the pilot bushing was at an angle in my flywheel. I believe that was causing my car not to go in gear at all does the pilot bushing was damaged i and somehow at an angle

That makes sense because it would act just like a dragging clutch. It's important to get that all lined up properly before pushing the engine & trans together. I've done the same thing on a Datsun many years ago...
