theft repairs
My 91 accord ex was recently stolen!I was able to get it back ,but not w/out the ignition being damaged! I know how to change out with out being it being damaged.The problem is the theives damaged the key hole so the key wont turn the ignition to the point where you can slip it out.Any suggestions??Thanks!!!

you go to replace the complete assembly,
you need to remove the steering wheel covers. a few phillip screws, disconnect the wriring harness ( in the under dash fuse box) then you need to remove the brake ways hold down bolts, they do not have a head to put a wrench to, so you got to use a sharp punch and a hammer , or put a cut in the center and suse a screwdriver,,
the new switch comes with a different key than the doors.. so you will have 2 different keys .unless you take the new switch to the locksmith and have them rekey it to the old (door ) key ,, so you can use 1 key for everything
