Well so I went to the darkside in 2010 and let my wife browbeat me into trading in my beloved 2007 Accord VP for a 2010 Ford Edge because we had a kid and needed the room. No kidding, the second I drove off the Ford lot and saw my Honda sitting there, I regretted it. Been trying to get back behind of the wheel of one ever since.

Well tonight I drove off the lot in a shiny new 2012 Accord EX. Black inside and out, Michelin tires, sunroof, 190 hp 2.4 liter and all the trimmings complete with 6 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Got her for $21,000 at 1.9% thru Honda financial! Im feeling pretty good about it.

So Im back after a 2.5 year hiatus. Ive also learned my lesson too and will hold onto this one even if we have 2 more kids! Here's to looking forward to 250,000 miles of Accord goodness.

Thanks guys. It is so nice to have a ride that Im excited about and love again. After 2 and a half years in a freaking mini van, its good to be back in a cool ride!

Looking forward to all the cool stuff I can do with it. Looking to get back into car audio competition also. Had no desire to do so with that stupid Ford Edge but now Ive got a lot more motivation!

Question for the mods though, what happened to avatars? I went to change mine to a more updated one and deleted it and now I cant find where to upload another one. They been disabled?
