Thumbs up Toyota enthusiast buys first Honda

I live in Grand Rapids, MI. Up until April, I have only purchased Toyota vehicles. I still have my Corolla, but I also welcomed a Honda to the family: 2001 Accord EX V6 coupe.

I have been looking at forums to become a member of, spent a few weeks, and decided on this one. I hope it's civil like the Toyota forum I'm a member of.

I made my first post today regarding the -- you guessed it -- transmission.

Car has 120,000. Hope to get some answers and I look forward to meeting some good people. I also look forward to gaining more information about Hondas and their quirks so down the road I can help others out.

Welcome.

And yeah, the transmission.....6th Gen Accord auto transmissions are notoriously bad, and tend to start slipping anytime after 100k miles.
