You'd need a H22 , superchargered, built for N/A, or built for turbo. the Accord is heavy and FWD doesn't launch as well as RWD, he'll have the clear advantage torque wise, but you'll need roughly 300whp to compete as well as know how to drive a 300whp FWD car, you don't just jump in and launch if you've never driven one.

Because GM and Ford couldnt build a worthy motor, Nascar decided posing restrictions on Hemis such as added weight to try and make the races more competitive. Eventually, Mopar dropped out b/c the restrictions were so stupid....but then even MORE people stopped watching Nascar so the director had to beg them to come back.
