Like falkore said, a turbo set up is richer for the reasons listed. The timing (spark) maps are also retarded, or slowed down, a few degrees to account for the higher compression of the air/fuel mixture in the cylinder. You would also do the same fora N/A setup with high compression pistons. The key to retarding the timing is that the mixture is ignited much earlier than the stock 15* BTDC to avoid the possibility of detonation in the engine, where the mixture spontaneous combusts from the high compression.
