Does anyone know about swappin a stock turbo kit from a 97 eclipse gst to a 94 accord? if i were to get the right manifold would this be like an easy swap or would there be tons of fabrication? Theres an eclipse for parts for sale near me and i was daydreaming

 

pretty much the only thing you could use is the turbo, you would need a new manifold, charge piping etc

 

actually, i've herd that the eclipse manifold is much like the f22's. but im not completely sure. The turbo is just a t3 so it would be fairly easy to find a manifold w/ t3 flange.

 

thats what i've been hearing too...but im not really that sure just like you...but if it wasnt then you could only use the turbo just as live2rice said...

 

just go to autozone or pepboys, etc... and ask for a flange for both cars and compare...then just give it back to them and say "thanks, but no thanks". LOL... but do that to check the bolt and hole pattern.

 

I believe two of the holes for the manifold will match up but u haveto drill 2 of the holes out bigger to match up

accord appears to have 0-00-0 and dsm has 0-0-0-0 i mean i guess its possible

 

You can only use the turbo itself. Manifold wont fit into a f22.

 

i have a 90 ls that's 0-0-0-0 head.... drill and slot 3 holes and the mani fit.... i'll upload the pix l8er..... i gotta go to the shop and grab some pix of her........

 

^ He's correct, not all heads are 00-00, some are 0-0-0-0
