Electric Supercharger
Some kid at my school today showed me this site about an electric supercharger called the E-Ram. Kind of cool how it works but has anyone ever heard anything about it? Heres the site http://www.electricsupercharger.com/

and there have been cases of fins breaking off and going into the motor, which as you know metal in your motor is not good.
its like those chips that claim 80hp gains and 40mpg gains, dont you think cars would come with them if it meant you could get 75mpg.

The concept is sound, but I doubt that you could fit or power an electric fan that would work properly. 1 HP of electric power is about 56 Amps at 13.3V. I'd estimate that you'd need a 5HP fan to make this work ..... then a tow truck alternator to power that ...... then a space to put a 2 foot diameter by 4 feet long mixed flow fan that will look similar to a small jet engine.
