How can I make my accord run mis 13's for under $3500?

mid 13s is pretty quick, i would think turbo would be your best bet

Its a 93 lx and its got 204,000 miles so I think that the motor hold that after the first test

yeah, thats alot of miles to be asking for it to withstand a turbo or nitrous, and for mid 13s you are going to have to make 300+whp, and you will need axles and radials/slicks to even consider getting traction

For mid-14's, you will still need an LSD and turbo, nitrous and/or a high speed head allowing reving to about 9000 rpm's.

You also don't have an F22A6 with an 8.8:1 CR.

If you'd like, I can add engine swap to that list.
