A high compression build from the ground up, 11.0:1 pistons for a CL-S motor and a CL-S head swap should bring you to about that mark if not better. Since it's now fully built, add a 175 direct port wet-shot, some Stage 2 axles ...... and I'm hoping that this is a manual or you're going to need a Dr. Evil tranny too.

 

Buy a book. Add a rocket engine. Maybe a spacesuit. And some chips.
