Even if you gain 15-30HP(Which I HIGHLY doubt) $250 is a rip off. A real supercharger is not electronically powered, it is belt driven and costs $2,000+.

those are known as "turbonators" they came onto the scene a few years ago, someone made a ton of money off of them by tricking newbies to the car world promising big gains. When it is really just a cooling fan from a computer you put on your intake. That is by far the most expensive one I have ever seen.

Costs about $500 and will add 75-100hp safely, or more but that gets risky.

Or if your just looking for smaller amounts of power an air intake and exhaust will work.

NOS is the cheapest way for big power, for 250 though you cant do too much unless your doin the work yourself. An intake would be an easy to install and cheap upgrade but you wont notice much in power(maybe 5hp and that may be pushin it)

I'd say AEM, K&N, and Injen are the top manufactures.

What kind of supercharger actually adds better gas mileage? I think that electric thing is a huge croc! If I was you, I wouldn't go to that site ever again!
