Hey guys wanted to get an early start on the thread. Going up to Summit tomorrow gonna grab the Zex Nitrous kit EFI Wet kit sprays into the intake tube 55-65-75 shots come with the kit safe for almost all engines ill take pictures as its being installed.

I still have to tuck all the wires and lines yet so no hatin on the wires showing please lol

 

Nice loveing it. Keep it up. Are you going to take out any ignition timing? Or just run stock?

 

well im going to run the 55 shot for a while which doesnt require to retard the timing but i have it retarded 1 degree to be safe and if it holds up plugs stay clean i dont lose compression or oil ill bump up to the 65 or 75 65 shot requires 2 degrees on the timing and 75 requires 4 degrees so ill have to see how it holds up

 

Cool. Are you going to run colder plugs? Or use thows strange zex plugs lol? Do you have a purge solenoid? Will you just flip the switch or do you have a rpm switch? or a wot switch? Did the zex kit come with a rpm or wot switch?

Sorry just wondering I want to get into Nitrous set ups bad but now one wants it any more. Thy are all to scared. Just want to see what your are doing. I have read about the zex wet kits seems nice you can change the nitrous and the fuel jets.

Have you seen the honda thy have with the 4 egt sensors lol. Keep up the good work.

If you wanted to add a rpm window switch you could use.

Thy have cheeper ones I think. I just know nitrous at low low rpms is very bad. I had a freind runing it off the line broke some stuff.

 

activates at WOT yes running colder plugs its activates off of the TPS by voltage the switch is just to arm the system no i do not have a purge kit waste of money in my opinion this zex kit comes with everything you need except the bottle heater and a psi gauge for the bottle

 

The switch is so sexy.

I notice a lot of blue in your engine bay...lol I bet you were a bit blown to know the Zex kit came in purple.

 

lol no i actually knew it was purple but my sway bar and coilovers are purple so it kinda matches lol and zex does make a blackout kit everything is black including the lines so its easily hidden inside the engine bay
