So I just drove the fastest car I have ever been in... we took it in on trade a week or so ago and it has a twin turbo V12. I pulled out onto the road gently then hit about 3/4 throttle and was doing 55 before I could even think. The Traction control light blinked at me twice as it was grabbing and I was gone, it compressed my chest like nothing I have ever felt (I think it does 0-60 in 4.5 seconds....). That car is amazing, I get in, turned the key, the steering wheel drops down into place, the seat adjusts, I can raise or lower the car at will, the rear headrests fold down with the touch of a button, the tilt on the steering wheel is a button you push up or down and it moves itself... Now all I need to do is find a spare $50,000 and I could buy one!

 

Lucky you! Those mercedes have a darn good ride and pretty darn safe too! What did the person trade the mercedes in for?

 

An 06 Hummer of some sort.... 2WD cars with that much power don't work real well around here in the snow.

my dad has a 2008 CLK 550, its a beast...maybe i should add that in my sig. Its a 5.5l V8, man its fast and the steering is like butter.

 

i drove a 99 camry, nothing like the smooth ride of a...wait never mind. That car is a piece of crap

 

If you wana test drive some amazing cars be a valet at a high end restaurant in a wealthy neighborhood. A friend of mine works at one in Irvine and he gets to drive some incredible cars. Lambos and Ferraris show up couple times a week. Lots of S class and 7 series. He even got to take a Bugatti Veyron around the block once.

 

that's why you dont turn the keys of an exotic over to a kid at a valet...haha

My two older brothers have have a CLK320, and a E500. Both are insane cars, very fast, the clk320 has great power after 70mph its a beast. E500 speaks for itself. Both are just amazing cars. One thing i dont like to many buttons for me. Iam a simple guy when it comes to that stuff.

 

It's by far the biggest engine I've ever been in control of.... Driven lots of v8's but never thought I'd be behind the wheel with a V12 sitting in front of me... It sure got the attention of some guys GF as I drove by... That pretty much guarantees I could never own the car, my wife wouldn't want me driving something that's going to draw a bunch of attention from other women.... *L*
