In 25 years the Honda Accord has been on the top ten list of best cars of the year 21 times.
The years tht missed it were the 92, 93, 96 and 97.

I just read the article at the dentist. Who can guess the name of the magazine, its on the August 2007 Issue (I cant remeber the name of the magazine)

Its towards the front of the magazine. I think it has a pic of an Accord, its not an article. More like an advertisment for greatness lol.
