Hello all,
I am looking at a 1993 Honda Accord that is at an impound auction. Bidding ends tomorrow so I would like some advice here pretty quick.
It is black has 222XXX miles, 5 speed, clean, black, paint not good on roof but decent on rest on car. No radio. Rust around 1 wheel well. (is that a big deal on these cars?) Power windows and locks and moon roof, all work! It is pretty clean on the inside, + I will detail it.
I am really only looking at this car to drive it for a month or two and re-sell it.
How much do you think it is worth.
Really it seems to be in good condition mechanically, no knocks, nothing. Better mechanically than alot of the other cars without as many miles.
What do you guys think?

Planning on bidding. Its only up to 390 right now. I haven't figured out my max yet. The price can go up real fast during the "lighting round" at 7:30. How much do you think this car is worth? So I can figure out my max price. Auction ends in 3 hours. So please respond quick.

I got outbid. The car went for book value. Ended up with a Saturn.

 

That sucks... But hey at least a Saturn's a decent car. Depending on the year model and condition, I'd imagine it wouldn't be too hard to sell it if that's your plan

 

Yes it is a pretty nice car, it's another 5 speed. I am really excited about the claimed gas mileage. Every review that I have read online says that they get 40 mpg.

 

Yeah my brother has a saturn wagon. when he's easy on the gas, the mileage is way better than my accord!
