yes you are right. Well nothing I can do but talk to my lawyer and move on from here. I think tallyho is prone to ppl getting into trouble. we have a saying hear "come on vacation and leave on probation" its true to. Ever since I moved here Iv been in all kinds off trouble. From underage drinking(x2) to smoking some harmless pot and now a DUI. An Iv only lived here for about 4 years. But they will rape you w/ no lube hear when it come to going to court or anything like that. No-a-days its all about money money money So if anyone is thinking of coming to tallyho for vacation look somewhere else! Well thanx everyone for their support and input! not many forums have nice/good ppl. Most of them try to find something bad to look down on you by. But not hear! thanx guys!!

Like I said, I'm in no position to pass judgment. Best of luck to you though, I hope it all get's sorted out.

And I agree, it is all about the money.
