Whats the best kind of audio system to put in my 2002 accord coupe

 

A good one. i like alpine stuff, just go to a local car stereo store or circuit city.

No really that's a matter of opinion, and I really doubt you can afford the "best". How about you do at least some research before I help you out?

 

I was thinking mtx's but im not sure

 

i had 2 15" mtx thundeders 4500 series, was let down. they werent to good. Id say go with alpine type r's, or kickers.

Kicker CVX is a great sub, I'm surprised how people are still thinking down on kicker subs. I do think they are foolish for pushing the L series so hard, and claiming that a square is superior. But kicker builds a bulletproof amp and sub ( not the Ls).

 

correct me if im wrong but is the cvx the light light grey almost white kicker sub with the red lines on it?

 

No that is the CVR. The CVX came out in 05 and is an L7 with a circular cone. The CVR is not a good sub at all, a lot of people think I'm talking about the CVR when I say CVX.
