Default Considering 04 EX-NAV purchase.. Advice?

Need some help here. Brand new to the forum. Considering a purchase, wanted to get some feedback.

2004 EX w/ Leather and Navigation System. V6, all the toys, spoiler, moonroof. It's all standard with that package.

64,000 miles.. high for an 04.. but low considering Honda's track record. Test drove it today. Feels great. Looks great.

Also talked to former owners by telephone. They're local. Bought it new. Traded for CR-V for 4WD. Said they loved it and hated to part with it. They are an older couple, he a pastor, she a pastor's wife. They say no young people ever had access to it (to ROMP on mommy's fun car).

Dealer sticker $16,900. I'm friends with the GM. He quoted me $14,900 plus tax and tags totalling 15,897.00

Good buy? Bad Buy?

Is it a Manual or an Automatic? I love my car and have no complaints whatsoever...have 30k miles on mine and it has had no problems...the nav is great and its might be worth negotiating a new Nav DVD as it will save you $180 if you ever want to upgrade...overall, sounds like a good price.

It is an Automatic Transmission. Its the best price I've found anywhere. I will see what I can do about the new Navi DVD. If I have to buy it.. so be it... the GM Of the dealership is already giving me the car practically at HIS cost. (he's a close friend's father).
