I noticed the last part of my link above will not stay in the link. You will need to copy and paste the whole thing into a web browser instead of clicking on it

sorry I missed this thread...I was on haitus...lots of good info. i was about 250 at one point (I am 6 1), got down to 170 when I was running marathons. Now about 200, but a ton stronger than I was 30 pounds ago.

I experiemented with protein shakes when I was trying to get stronger, but I also put on bad weight too, cause it really didnt satisfy my appetite, and my will power isnt that great, so I was at a calorie surplus.

Workout, make healthy choices, and rehydrate. Water does help to curb your appetite, but from what I have read, it doesnt really do anything inherently to help you lose weight. Good luck.

Surprised this hasn't been mentioned...But the easiest way to lose weight is to spend all your food money on cars and computers...Well, works for me at least.

I don't have 1 hour+ each day to dedicate to the gym anymore, so these days my focus is purely on what sort of food I put into my body. Portion control and putting veggies in everything I make, as well as plenty of water throughout the day seems to keep my energy level high without expanding my waistline. Luckily, veggies are cheap, because I really do spend all my money on cars and computers....

The hydrazide is for the last week. it is when you will cut the water weight.
I'm not sure about the Leukik. I'll let you know what it says about it when the stack comes in. You don't necessarily take all the supplements the whole time. The stack comes with instructions telling you how to take it.

Cool!
I do the elliptical for about 35-48 minutes every day on the highest setting and lift a dumbell/do ab stuff for another 20 minutes.

I hope I get some sweet results!

Thanks!
