does this ever happen to you?
I've been noticing that after my night class I will go to the parking lot and go to what I think is my car just to find out it is a car that looks very very similar to mine. This has been happening a lot lately! There are a grip of 6th gen accords at my school that look very similar to mine at night.
Nope never happand to me. Happand to one of my buddies when i had a corolla. Five of us went to get some food after the auto show and another carolla parked next to me. So one of the guys just goes to the wrong car and funny part is they other corolla was unlocked so he procceds to get in the back. We all pointed and laugh after he shut the door. lol
heh, that's funny...
Most of the accords around here are pretty old (say circa 95) or are 2007's.. I have seen a 2005/2006 on my commute to work a few times, and I've seen a single 03 coupe like mine, but he had rims and disk brakes on the rear (jealous!)..
as far as parking lots, I work at a building that has about 30 other business in it, and i can honestly say not a single other person owns an 03 coupe that parks there... which i like

Man, the tarbender here(at the tiki bar on property where I work) has an MIII and a Z3! I'm seriously underpaid[>:]. But really, porsche cars and particularly cayenne(s) are more prevalent than beamers in KW.
There are two fifth gen accord sedans with the emerald paint that are very similar to the valdeez. Both of the other cars park in the same area I do, but those cars are all beat up and dirty, so I am yet to confuse them.
I did once in the past mistake someone else's scooter for mine. Problem was that the keys for those things are similar, and mine worked. I noticed the different grips when I parked in front of the Green Parrot Bar, and quickly backtracked to my scooter. I didn't want anyone thinking their scoot got stolen. Everyone at the bar thought it was hilarious.

This has happened a few times with our mini van. There are a lot of green ones that look like ours.
I just read a story about 2 weeks ago, can't find it now: Old woman comes out of a store to find several young guys hanging around her car. She pulls a gun thinking that they are trying to break in and screams, "Get away from my car!". The guys run off scared and the lady tries to unlock it only to find the key won't work: it's not her car. Oops! Funny .
