Default F23A4 stock wheel horse power on dynojet

Okay guys, finally i dragged my 99 Accord coupe 5sp with over 200k miles onto the dynojet rollers after driving an hour to get to a dyno shop, because i want to know how much hp can i get to the wheels, i think the stock f23a4 ULEV output is 148hp and like 150ft/lb of torque. Engine is complete stock, the only "add on" is a cheap $40 ebay short ram intake which not doing much, a $150 Megan racing header, and some odd no name brand 2-1/2" catback for $150 that's all. Remember this car is untuned, so with bigger exhaust it's kindda running a little rich. Here are the number 1st run cold is 138.04 hp, torque is 134.88. 2nd run 140.49hp and 137.90 torque. Last run warm 142.87hp and 139.54 ft/lb of torque. so average is about wheel 140hp and 137ft/lb ? What do you guys think ?
Here is a "bad" video clip of it piggylover1985's Channel - YouTube
