Default first timer for changing my brakes and i need help

i read somewhere that if i dont plan on going racing, i should stick to OEM brakes, but i rather get these brakes that offer
"High performance brake pads offer better braking, less dust, and less noise than factory replacement pads."
what do you think i should do?
here are the brakes that i am looking at to buy
