I had an 89 nissan sentra, i loved that car. never really gave me any problems till the engine died at around 110K miles i put another 30K on it before i gave it to my grandfather. When i was visiting him we were driving around somewhere and i noticed that the driverside floor board was entirly rusted out and the floor mat was covering the hole.

93 saturn sl1, i wanted a little extra power so a friend and i put a ram air setup on the car, used a square funnel just below the front bumper, cut a hole in the top for a piece of 3 inch round aluminum flex tube to run to the filterbox..... it helped on the highways..... but it what more as a ghetto gag in the end ^_^

We had a 4th gen accord towed in to the shop: It died while driving. Turns out they had the fuel pump wired direct to the battery and the wiring running under the car. It worked fine until the zip ties holding the wire to the exhuast system burnt off letting the wire drag the ground and wear through.

A friend of mine had a 81 Chevy truck that the driveshaft linkage kept jumping out. He wrapped it in duct tape 5 months ago and it is still going strong!!!....LOL

When I was a kid my dad had an old 80's model 5spd civic. I was only about 12 or so, but I remember the car wouldn't crank with the key. He had a little box under the steering wheel with wires coming out of it. To start the car, you had to plug in one of the wires till it cranked, then take the wire out. ROFL I just remembered that. I'll have to ask him exactly what he did to that car for it to crank that way. I remember he taught me how to drive a 5 spd in that car....when I was 12.
Then there's the story I told on another thread about my friend's old Chevy Citation. He had an aftermarket radio wired up. He used a custom box to hold itmade out of paper mache.
