Uhhh...no. Mississippi. Alabama is one of the only states that is worse than Mississippi.

Have you ever been there before? If not, go to a Wal Mart and look around (in both states.) If you do that you will understand.

 

I have driven through both states. Never (had to) stop though....haha.

Actually, we stayed in MS for the final 4 in 2003. NO was too expensive...wasnt bad...except for the tornado that ripped through while we were there.
